This policy covers the public pages on zorvia.cloud, messages you send us, and the Android app Meme Caption Creator (package com.meme.captioncreator, version 1.0.0). A store listing URL is not published here until one exists. When a store page is public, this policy still applies to that package.
What this site collects
If you use the contact form or email, we may collect name, email address, subject, and message. The host may record technical logs (IP address, browser, access time) for security and availability.
Meme Caption Creator
Meme Caption Creator version 1.0.0 puts top and bottom caption text on photos you choose. The in-app privacy screen says meme projects and settings stay on the phone, this version does not require sign-in or cloud sync, and photo access uses the system picker only when you import a photo.
Kept on the phone
- Meme projects, including layout, top and bottom captions, stroke, fill, crop, and the photo you placed on the stage
- Project names, favorites, caption presets, stage theme, and export preferences
- A backup JSON you choose to save, covering layout, captions, stroke, and crop; the photo stays in local storage
Photos, export, and share
Import opens the system photo picker and grants only the image you select. Export writes PNG files to a folder you pick with the system saver, one file for each ratio you select. Sharing an exported image uses the system share sheet. Those files are not uploaded to ZORVIA LLC.
What version 1.0.0 does not take
- No account, login, or profile
- No cloud copy of projects, captions, or photos on our servers
- No advertising and no in-app purchases
- No sale of personal information for advertising
What we do not claim
This website does not embed advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, pixels, or tracking tools. Version 1.0.0 of Meme Caption Creator does not include advertising or in-app purchases. If a later version adds an account, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, or purchases, this policy will be updated before that version collects information.
How we use information
We use contact details to reply to inquiries, keep the site secure, and comply with law. Caption files stay on your phone so the meme you opened can be edited and exported there. We do not sell personal information for advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information for advertising. We share website contact records only as needed for hosting, legal requirements, or to protect rights. Meme projects are not sent to us, so we have no app project file to share.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for the period needed to handle the request, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law. Projects and settings remain on the phone until you delete a project, use Clear all data, wipe app data, or uninstall. Those files never reach our servers, so an email to us cannot delete them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of contact information we hold, where applicable law allows (including California deletion rights if they apply). Write to shakera@zorvia.cloud. For files that exist only on the phone, delete the project, use Clear all data, or uninstall the app.
Children
This site and Meme Caption Creator are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
International transfers
Website servers may be located in the United States. Meme projects in version 1.0.0 stay on the device and are not transferred to us.

Updates will revise the date on this page. Wording inside the app may change in a later version; the date above is the version of this policy.
