Meme Caption Creator is a caption tool for personal meme images. Version 1.0.0 (package com.meme.captioncreator) keeps projects on the device. Caption editing runs on the phone. This version has no advertising and no in-app purchases. You are responsible for photos you import. Do not use the app to harass others or to infringe copyrights. You may share images you export; respect other people's photo rights. We do not promise that a store will accept a file. Wording inside the app may change in a later update; the date on this page is the site version.
Prohibited use
Do not interfere with the site, scrape it unlawfully, misrepresent your identity, or submit malicious or sensitive-credential content. Do not use Meme Caption Creator to harass others or to infringe copyrights.
Intellectual property
Page copy, logo, design, and the Meme Caption Creator name and layouts shipped with the app belong to ZORVIA LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Photos you import stay yours.
Scope of work
Specific work scope is set in writing. We do not guarantee legal outcomes, review outcomes, or advertising results.

Limitation of liability
